one damansara condo

is a typical Sunday, last week in November. i was just browsing through the internet. just to let you know, for the past few weeks, i've been obsessing about property. i went into iProperty and do my homework. i've been wanting to get a house. not a landed one tho. it was more of apartment or a condo. i've yet to decide whether i want to get it for myself or for investment. one thing for sure, we probably won't be staying in our current house forever. can never know for sure. well, i would love that tho! coz i love love my house. love the area. love the location. it's accessible to almost everywhere.

so, as i was browsing through the iProperty, i've took some notes on the property i would love to see. those only within my budget of course! it's very hard to look for a affordable ones with good location. prices are skyrocket for all property with good location. *sigh* wish we're rich or our salary are higher or wish that we don't have to think about buying one. what i meant was, wish somebody could buy one for me! hehehe! ok, dream on!

anyway, i've decided to see a show unit in Manjalara. then i remembered that my mom had shown me a brochure of a apartment the other day. went straight to the kitchen, looked for the brochure on the aquarium. please, please let it still be there! coz i told my mom that she can throw it over. *darn* after went through some articles, brochures, finally i saw it! hurray! called B to say that we're going house-hunting again today! :)

so, off we went to Manjalara. took us for awhile to look for that place. sesat kejap! we went straight to the show unit. i love love show unit! soooo beautiful! at that point, you just wish it was yours right! the lights, the furniture, the way they make use of the space, it's just great. so, the show unit was ok. i love their kitchen. small but just nice. but yes, need to remember that it's a show unit. *pfft* we get the price and said we'll think about it. apparently one of the apartment's block is ready and they are releasing the keys soon. so, as we drove off, we had a great view to see the design. umm, frankly speaking it's not that nice. look quite small from the outside and it looks like a low-cost flat rather an apartment! so, yeah. forget about it!

off we went to the second property at Damansara Damai. it's about 5-10 mins from Manjalara. but of course, it took us more than that to reach the show unit. yes, sesat again! hahaha. went i reached there, just realized that it was one of the MK Land's property. not bad. well, we normally are convince with popular or well-known brands right. so yeah, parked and head straight to the office. a petite lady welcome us and we went straight to have a look at the show unit. i felt in love with it the moment i step into the apartment! ok, not trying to be drama but yeah. it's really really nice. ok, you guys can decide once you've seen the pictures yeah!

so yeah, we went back to the office to discuss more on the property; price mainly. had a good look at the model and we asked about the best unit, those that are not affected by afternoon sun. so they shown some of them and we discuss on the price. told them i'll sleep on it. if i really want it, all i need to look for is RM 2,000 for booking. owh, not forgetting discounts i will be getting if i bought it! double points for this unit! :)
